He doesn't use paint. He uses a program called SnagIt. He told us on MC CP forums.
Anyways I like the Penguin Idol one. You put a lot of detail into it. |

| I've got a program you could try, it's called Fireworks. It's one of those macromedia things, it's what I use. |
